What shipped

New

  • Premium company profiles. Companies on paid plans can now build a branded public page with a tagline, services with images and links, culture and values cards, a photo gallery, and an application-trend widget. The editor shows only the fields included in the company's plan.
  • Per-company theming. A premium profile can set its accent colour, typography style, and preferred colour mode. The header, footer, and page accents follow that theme while the visitor is on the company page, then return to the DevHunt theme on exit. Two branded layouts are available at launch.
  • CAPTCHA on all auth flows. Cloudflare Turnstile now protects sign-up, sign-in, password recovery, and OTP resend against bots and credential stuffing — with localized error messages. Logging in with an unconfirmed e-mail now routes to an auto-resending confirmation page instead of a dead end.

Improved

  • Recruiter list and detail pages now require login — recruiter profiles are no longer exposed to anonymous visitors.
  • Public recruiter list loads faster (responsiveness stats are now computed in a single query).

Fixed

  • The company "About" section renders rich text properly — headings, spacing, and lists instead of flat text.
  • Empty service-image slots no longer leave broken gaps on company profiles.
  • CAPTCHA failures show a translated message instead of a raw error code.
  • When a company downgrades its plan, premium profile sections stop rendering immediately.

Under the hood

  • Reusable theming architecture. Company branding now comes from a theme configuration, so a new branded page does not require a copy of the full layout.
  • A deduplication refactor across backend and storefront consolidated repeated logic into shared utilities.
  • Two more automated code-health batches landed.
