About DevHunt

DevHunt exists because tech hiring picked up too many intermediaries. Agencies earn a cut on every placement, "competitive salary" means nothing until the third interview, and candidates hand over their contact details just to look around. We built a platform where none of that is necessary.

Companies on DevHunt publish real salary ranges. Candidates browse anonymously and share their name and contacts only when they decide a conversation is worth having. Once an application is in, the hiring team and the candidate talk directly, in a chat attached to the vacancy, so the whole history of a role stays in one place.

How matching works

Every vacancy and every profile gets an AI Match Score. It is not a mystery percentage: the score breaks down into skills, seniority, work format and salary, and it tells you what would push it higher. Candidates see roles sorted by how well they fit. Hiring teams see applicants the same way, strongest first, instead of whoever applied earliest.

What companies pay

A flat subscription, and that is the whole model. We never take a percentage of anyone's salary, and candidates use the platform for free. Hiring teams also get shared tooling: admins, company representatives and observers each work within their own permissions, with notes and tags on every application.
