Whistleblower Reports
Why this matters
DevHunt is committed to the highest standards of ethics and legal compliance. We believe whistleblowers play a key role in identifying and eliminating wrongdoing. We therefore encourage you to report any suspected breach of the law, of ethical standards, or of our internal policies.
Your anonymity is our priority
We understand that reporting a breach can be difficult, so we ensure full confidentiality and protection of your identity. Your report will be handled confidentially, and we will take all reasonable measures to protect your data. You may submit a report anonymously.
What can be reported
Whistleblowers may report any conduct that may constitute:
- A breach of law (e.g. corruption, fraud).
- A breach of company policy (e.g. harassment, discrimination).
- A threat to health, safety, or the environment.
- Other unethical or improper conduct.
How to make a report
To report a breach, email us at whistleblowing@devhunt.io. We guarantee that your report will be treated confidentially. If you wish to remain anonymous, you may omit your identifying details from the message.
What happens after you report
Every report is carefully reviewed by our designated reports coordinator. We take appropriate action to address the issue raised and, where possible, we will keep you informed of progress.
Protection from retaliation
Our whistleblower policy guarantees that people who report breaches will not be exposed to any form of retaliation. This protection is consistent with applicable whistleblower-protection law, including, where applicable, EU Directive 2019/1937. All reports are treated seriously and fairly.
